The valley station to the hiking & skiing area Skiwelt Wilder Kaiser - Brixental is only 1 km away from the resort. (In winter, the public ski bus stops at the entrance. Plus: direct access to the ski area with T-bar lift no. 17) One run ends directly at the resort (depending on snow conditions)

The centre of Brixen with several shops, Tyrol's oldest schnapps distillery and the famous church as well as the swimming pool and leisure facilities are just a 5-minute walk away.

We charge € 18.00 per night for your pet (without food). You will find several ‘doggy stations’ in the immediate vicinity.

Spacious adventure play area with sandpit, flying fox, wooden ball track and play and climbing equipment. The attention of parents is also welcome for older children (sunbeds and benches are available for relaxing).

Package price incl. 4 persons per night. 5th and 6th person extra, local tax per person per night and one-off final cleaning.

Up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge. 3 months to 1 month: 40%. 1 month to 1 week: 70%: 90% in the last week. In case of early departure 100%. We recommend travel insurance for all bookings.

Check-in possible from 14.00 to 18.00 hrs. Late arrival on request. Check-out until 10.00 am.
Different check-in and check-out times subject to availability on request (for a fee).

Firewood and kindling for your fireplace are available at reception (for a fee).

You will find a washing machine and tumble dryer next to reception (for a fee)

Waste containers can be found opposite reception.
